FoundryOS is Freewyld Foundry's private operating web app and client portal. Access is limited to approved Freewyld team members, owners, clients, and authorized collaborators. By using the app, you agree to use it only for authorized Freewyld work.
Do not access accounts, billing data, reports, forecasts, messages, or internal workflows unless you are authorized to do so. Do not share credentials, export client data to unapproved systems, or move local workflow state into GitHub or public storage.
Vercel serves the web interface. Heavy AI, forecast, PriceLabs, Temporal, Command Center, and local database workflows run on Freewyld-controlled infrastructure. Design and source changes should be reviewed through GitHub branches and Vercel previews before being merged.
FoundryOS is operated as an internal business application. Availability may depend on Vercel, Clerk, Stripe, Slack, Mac Studio services, local database mirrors, and external source systems. Report issues through the approved Freewyld support channel.
Data entered into FoundryOS may be used to support billing, onboarding, reporting, revenue management, support, and internal workflow execution. Keep client data and credentials inside approved Freewyld systems.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time at our sole discretion. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the application following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
