This Privacy Policy explains how Freewyld Foundry handles information inside FoundryOS, including the internal team app and the client portal. FoundryOS is a private application used for revenue management, billing, forecasting, onboarding, support, and related operating workflows.
FoundryOS may use your name, email address, company/account mapping, billing records, payment method metadata, invoice state, support messages, revenue reports, and onboarding preferences when those records are needed to provide the product. Sensitive secrets, local workflow state, and database mirrors are kept out of GitHub.

FoundryOS data is used to operate the Freewyld product, support client accounts, process billing workflows, and run approved internal automations. We do not sell portal or internal app data to third parties.
FoundryOS relies on approved service providers including Clerk for authentication, Stripe for billing and payments, Vercel for web hosting, Slack for selected internal notifications, and Freewyld-controlled Mac Studio services for AI and forecasting workflows.
